Larry Sullivan joined Southern Wine and Spirits Business Solutions Group (BSG) in 2005 as Senior Director of Business Process Transformation. Larry’s role at BSG focused on the strategic assessment and improvement of internal and external policies, procedures and relationships of stakeholders working with the group. As Vice President of Supply Chain Integration in the Supply Chain Management Group, Larry leads a team focused on development and execution of Supply Chain Strategy, Technology Integration and Business Process Design. Larry and his team are responsible for developing the business case and financial analysis for Supply Chain projects. In addition, his team focuses on Process Improvement and Productivity, Vendor and Supplier Relations and Special Projects, External Collaboration Initiatives, and Non-Trade Procurement.

This role recognizes the importance of collaboration and communication with the Southern Wine & Spirits Divisions, BSG and external organizations toward achieving industry leading customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement as our company continues to grow.

Prior to joining Southern Wine, Larry spent over 25 years working in the technology and distribution industry. Most recently, Larry served as the Vice President of Sales and Strategy at Pearson Education. In this role, he was responsible for coordination, collaboration, project creation and management of the joint sales activities of 11 separate Pearson divisions in the US. Prior to Pearson, Larry worked at Apple Computer Corp. as a regional sales manager for the Southeastern United States. Other positions included Industry Director for the Distribution, Retail and Banking markets at Informix Software, as well as Regional Manager of the Business Intelligence consulting group at IBM Corp.

Larry received his BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. Larry is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

In his free time he enjoys working out, reading, traveling and attending family activities.
