Larry Sullivan joined Southern Wine and Spirits in 2005 as SeniorDirector of Business Process Transformation in the Business Solutions Group (BSG), the IT and Shared Services arm of SWS America. Larry’s tenure at BSG focused on creating new business process reengineering and improvement, standardization of IT practice, and partner relationships of stakeholders. As Vice President of Supply Chain Services in the Supply Chain Management Group (SCM), Larry leads a team responsible for development and execution of Supply Chain Strategy, Technology Integration and Business Process Design. His team concentrates on outbound delivery including routing and driver management, OSHA and DOT Safety and Compliance, Fleet and Asset Management, and Workplace and Employee Security.

Larry and his team develop the business case and financial analysis for many Supply Chain projects. Additional responsibilities include Supply Process Improvement and Productivity, Vendor and Supplier Relations and Special Projects, Technology Integration and Energy Management and Sustainability Initiatives.

This role recognizes the importance of collaboration and communication with the Southern Wine & Spirits Divisions, BSG and external organizations toward achieving industry leading customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement as our company continues to grow.

Prior to joining Southern Wine, Larry spent over 25 years working in the technology and distribution industry. Most recently, Larry served as the Vice President of Sales and Strategy at Pearson Education. In this role, he was responsible for coordination, collaboration, project creation and management of the joint sales activities of 11 separate Pearson divisions in the US. Prior to Pearson, Larry worked at Apple Computer Corp. as a regional sales manager for the Southeastern United States. Other positions included Industry Director for the Distribution, Retail and Banking markets at Informix Software, as well as Regional Manager of the Business Intelligence consulting group at IBM Corp.

Larry received his BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. Larry is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), member of Project Management Institute, member of Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and a board member of Statewide Amateur Hockey of Florida (SAHOF).

In his free time he enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending time with his family.
