Corporate-Charity-School Partnership Campaign Targets Drinking Prevention Among  South Florida Youth

Miami, FL, Jan. 20, 2009 – Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc., the nation’s leading wine and spirits distributor and control state broker with a tradition of service excellence since 1968 unveiled it’s newest rung in the ladder of Corporate Social Responsibility and charitable collaboration—an Underage Drinking Prevention initiative entitled “SoBe Sober”.  In partnership with  D-FY-IT, a local non-profit organization, this campaign is designed to combat underage drinking among Miami Dade and Broward County students through education, outreach and celebrity sponsorship endorsement programs. Once the local South Florida area has been targeted, the program will then expand to reach the youth in our other markets across the country.
