(Southern)—the nation’s leading wine and spirits distributor with operations in 35 states—announced today a donation to the Napa Valley Vintners Community Disaster Relief Fund to provide immediate financial support for those in the local community affected by the August 24 earthquake.

The award paid tribute to Southern’s dedication to distribution of indigenous South African wines from the land of the great Nelson Mandela.
