Estrella Damm Inedit beer was created by illustrious El Bulli chef Ferran Adriá to be offered in fine restaurants. It is a unique brew of barley and wheat malts, hops, coriander, orange peel, yeast and water. Elegantly packaged and ideally served in a white wineglass, Inedit is lightly carbonated with a creamy texture and a soft full body. When properly stored, the beer will continue to mature, evolving further taste and aromatic notes.
