Gin Berry

25ml Plymouth Gin
25ml lime juice
50ml cranberry juice
25ml raspberry liqueur

Shake ingredients together with ice. Strain into a martini glass.


Country Breeze

50ml Plymouth Gin
15ml crème de cassis
75ml apple juice
Apple fan and blackberry to garnish.

Fill glass with ice. Pour in Plymouth Gin. Add crème de cassis. Top with apple juice. Stir and garnish.

Lemon zest to garnish
