White Christmas with Tom & Jerry
Makes 2 cocktails
2 eggs, separated
1/4 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons sugar
3 ounces White Christmas Rum and Brandy
10 ounces whole milk, heated
Warm two coffee mugs. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites into soft peaks. In a second bowl, beat the yolks to a lemony froth. Fold the whites into the yolks. Add the baking soda and the sugar. Beat the mixture until it stiffens. Fold in White Christmas. Pour the mixture into the mugs. Fill to the top with hot milk. Stir. Garnish each drink with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
