Named after one of the ships Christopher Columbus sailed to the New World, La Pinta is made with fine blanco tequila infused with an exotic variety of pomegranate. The final product is left to marry and age for more than 12 months in oak to produce an ultra-smooth taste. Created to mix with freshly squeezed fruit juices, La Pinta is the perfect cocktail ingredient.
Mexican Martini
- 1 1/2 oz. of La Pinta
- 1/2 oz. of orange flavored liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz. fresh tangerine juice
Shake the ingredients with ice, strain into martini glass, use a flamed orange peel as garnish. |
