4 parts Absolut Pears
2 parts lemon juice
2 parts simple syrup
1 part blackcurrant liqueur
2 parts cranberry juice

Shake together with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve immediately

2 bar spoons hazelnut liqueur
1 part fresh cream
Grated chocolate to garnish

Shake ingredients together with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Serve immediately.
