RED HEADED MINX
2 oz. SKYY Infusions Ginger
1 oz. Lime
0.75 oz. Cointreau
0.5 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz. Honey Syrup (Combine 0.25 oz. of honey & 0.25 oz. water)
3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit. |

The Carrot Top
2 oz. SKYY Infusions Ginger
1.5 oz. Carrot Juice
1.5 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
1 Rosemary Sprig
Combine all ingredients except
rosemary in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. For garnish, gently press the sprig of rosemary to release oils and place vertically in the glass. |

0.5 oz. Small, De-seeded Habanero Pepper
0.75 oz. Agave Syrup
0.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Candied Ginger
Add all ingredients, with the exception of candied ginger, to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with candied ginger on rim of glass. |

Muddle kiwi and pear in a cocktail shaker. Add SKYY Infusions Ginger with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a

0.5 oz. Maple Syrup
