Jeremiah Weed: bourbon liqueur for the adventurous spirit

Jeremiah Weed is a 100 proof bourbon liqueur brewed in eastern Kentucky. It’s relatively strong and somewhat sweet. Shrouded in mystery, the spirit’s namesake and key promoter has been a fixture around military airbases, and his special product is legendary among many U.S. Air Force flying aces. Jeremiah Weed liqueur is also popular among horseback, hunting and fishing enthusiasts.

Classic Weed

• 1.2 oz.Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
  
• 1 ice cube

Combine ingredients in a cocktail glass.

Jeremiah Mojo

• 1 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
  
• 1/3 oz. amaretto
  
• 1 1/2 oz. sweet and sour mix

Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Jeremiah's Manhattan

• 1 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
  
• 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
  
• Splash of dry vermouth
  
• Dash of bitters

Combine ingredients in an ice in a shaker. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
