Jim Beam White

Since 1795, when Jacob Beam sold his first barrel of “fine dram”, his name has been on the lips of all bourbon connoisseurs. Ten million barrels later, Jim Beam is a household name – the work of seven generations in a family business.

For two hundred and twelve years, Jim Beam’s family perfected the process of creating quality bourbon. Jim Beam White ages four years in flash-charred, new oak barrels. The dramatic temperature changes of Kentucky’s climate massages the bourbon in and out of the wood, leaving Jim Beam smooth and sweet, with rich bourbon flavor and a natural amber hue.

True craftsmanship created the only bourbon to reach for when mixing. Jim Beam White perfectly complements Coke or ginger ale, as well as classic cocktails. It’s no wonder that Jim Beam White is the world’s bestselling bourbon.

  Jim Beam Black

Jim Beam Black is the smoothest whiskey around – a work of art by seven generations of the Beam family. Eight years of aging in oak barrels makes Jim Beam Black the most premium bourbon to bear the Beam family name.

A rich, deep aroma and hints of caramel and vanilla in the flavor make Jim Beam Black highly mixable. It is also excellent in classic cocktails or as a sipping whiskey enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

  Maker's Mark

The original handmade bourbon is created from a special recipe – it is the only brand to use pure spring water, instead of city or well water. And rather than traditional rye, Maker’s Mark uses red winter wheat to produce a smoother, less bitter tasting whisky.

Maker’s Mark takes pride in every step of production, preferring methods that yield better whiskey, not bigger profit. For example, Maker’s Mark employs an old-fashioned roller mill rather than a hammer mill, and an open cooker, not a pressure cooker for the grains. After that, double-distillation at low proof brings more flavor to every bottle.

Maker’s Mark is the only bourbon to rotate barrels during aging — to ensure same flavor maturation. And it is bottled by taste, not age, to give consistent quality time and again.

In every bottle of Maker’s Mark is a whiskey that is loved and honored from start to finish — bringing only the highest quality bourbon to the glass.

MAKER'S MARK MULLED CIDER

2 small cinnamon sticks

Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat and serve.

  Knob Creek

The number-one, ultra-premium bourbon, with wisdom in every glass – just like bourbon used to be.

Everything about Knob Creek embodies the bold character of the pre-Prohibition whiskies – the original bourbons that made Kentucky famous. The rich flavor and unpretentious bottle take you back to the time of the bootlegger.

Knob Creek ages nine years in charred American white oak barrels. The extra aging allows it to absorb more sugar, giving a sweeter taste and nose. Afterwards it is bottled at an honest 100 proof, like all good bourbons a century ago. It has a rich, maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness and full-bodied flavor.

Knob Creek is small-batch bourbon, created in limited quantities from a recipe dating back two centuries. A perfect blend of art and science make Knob Creek a bourbon for the true connoisseur.

  Basil Hayden's

Developed in 1796, the recipe for Basil Hayden’s bourbon requires a larger percentage of rye than other bourbon recipes, then eight years gently resting in wood at a mild 80 proof.

The spicy flavor of the rye and the sweet smoothness of the corn give Basil Hayden’s a character unlike any other bourbon. One that is ideal for those who enjoy a light-bodied bourbon.

Enriched by a hint of peppermint, Basil Hayden’s mellow taste and dry, brief finish is delicious sipped neat or on the rocks.

Basil Hayden’s is made in small batches for the true connoisseur.

Basil Hayden’s Godfather

  Baker's

Named for Baker Beam, grandnephew of Jim Beam, Baker’s bourbon is another example of the Beam family tradition putting their best skills and secrets inside the bottle, not on the label.

Baker’s is a robust, small-batch bourbon for the bourbon connoisseur. The mix of corn, rye and barley grains, yeast and seven soothing years in new oak combine to give this bourbon a deeply mellow, richly flavorful, medium-bodied taste, with a fruity, warm sugar-vanilla aroma.

Enjoy Baker’s in a snifter with a splash of spring water.

Perfect Sidecar

1oz Baker’s bourbon
1oz Citronge orange liqueur
1oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Shake ingredients together with ice.  Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  Booker's

The late Booker Noe, master distiller and grandson of Jim Beam, created Booker’s as a holiday gift for his friends. Lucky for us, they liked it so much, he made it available to bourbon drinkers everywhere.

Booker Noe’s signature bourbon is unlike any bourbon you have ever tasted. Each barrel of whiskey is hand selected to be a Booker’s barrel, and moved to the very center of the rack house where temperature and humidity are optimum. There, it ages for six to eight years until it is bottled at its natural proof, straight from the barrel, uncut and unfiltered.

Such care and consistency in the aging process delivers a range of intense flavors from oak tannin and smokey vanilla.

Booker’s is the rarest, absolute best bourbon – a true connoisseur’s sipping bourbon. Add spring water to customize the taste and finish to your palate.

Booker’s Lynchburg Lemonade

4 parts Sprite
1 part Booker’s bourbon
1 part triple sec
