Winner), the Maryland-based malt beverage, wine and spirits distributor, today announced the appointment of William “Barry” Cregan to the position of Vice President, General Sales Manager of both of their Maryland and DC joint venture organizations. Cregan will report directly to Steven Dick, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the two joint ventures, Southern Wine & Spirits-F.P. Winner of Maryland and DC.
