ciroc

Heritage:

•CIROC –vodka distilled from fine French grapes –is an exquisitely smooth and innovative vodka experience with an unexpected heritage

•Vodka has been produced for thousands of years, and before the days of reliable transportation, primitive distillers made do with whatever raw materials they had at hand: potatoes in Poland, grain and beets in Russia, and grapes in France.

•CIROC is produced in France from one of the oldest wine producing regions in the world –the Gaillac region. CIROC’s lineage –grapes from France, a country known for its classic wine heritage and luxury style making –gives consumers confidence in the quality and authenticity of CIROC.

Product Description:

•CIROC has a very light and smooth character thatis evident during the first sip with hints of lemon and lime carrying through the middle of the mouth. The finish is crisp, with a lovely texture. There is the slightest bit of alcohol bite in the finish, but a delicatevaporof citrus almost immediately serves to balance the alcohol.

Production:

•Made from carefully selected grapes picked late in the season atthe time of the first snap-frost, past the usual time of harvest. This provides a liquid that is higher in sugar contentand grape essence. Some of the grapes are selected by hand, not by machine as most distillers do.

•Two types of grapes are used –UniBlanc and Mauzac Blanc. CIROC is produced from grapes, rather than grains, vegetables or molasses.

•The grapes are then cold-fermented, a long, slow process that preserves freshness and extracts a more flavorful combination of the fruit character. CIROC is then distilled five times.

•While CIROC is made from grapes, it is neither a grappa or a brandy because it is not distilled with stems and seeds as is grappa, nor does it use skins or age in oak barrels as does brandy.
