ORONOCO is crafted from fresh cut mountain cane for a natural smoothness. Most rums are made from dark, syrupy molasses, a byproduct of sugar refinement. Similar to coffee and grapes, sugar cane grown on mountainous terrain has a more flavorful, smooth juice due to the soil and drainage the slopes provide.

It is made with hand cut Brazilian mountain cane which is crushed within 24 hours. The cane juice is triple distilled using a combination of column and copper pot stills. Then it is blended with select aged rum before being rested in Brazilian wood casks to give it a well rounded body and smooth, long finish.
