History:
Chivas Brothers was founded in 1801, and soon, John and James Chivas were appointed "Purveyor of Grocery to Queen Victoria." They later became poineers in the art of blending Scotch whiskies, and in 1909 they created a superb blend they called CHIVAS REGAL(r). It was an immediate success, and gradually became the most famous Scotch whisky in the world.
