Ingredients
• 25 ml Rose’s Lime Cordial
• 75 ml Plymouth Gin
Garnish
Lime Wedge
Technique
Fill mixing glass with ice
Pour in both ingredients
Add some chilled water (optional)
Stir well
Strain into a martini glass

• 75 ml Still Lemonade

Lemon Slice
Technique
Fill glass with ice
Pour in Plymouth Gin
Add ginger and lemon grass cordial
Top with still lemonade
Stir and add garnish |
