Charlie Thorpe, Oregon State General Manager, joined Spirits West in 1994. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Sociology. Previous experience includes four years with QV Distributors of Phoenix, and one year with Columbia Distributing (Maletis) in Portland. Charlie is past President of D.R.O. (Distillers Representatives of Oregon).
