Odom – Southern Acquires Seattle’s Cavatappi Distribuzione
Seattle, WA, October 11, 2011 – Odom-Southern of the Pacific Northwest—a joint venture of Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc. (Southern) and the Odom Corporation (Odom)— announces its acquisition of Cavatappi Distribuzione (Cavatappi), a Seattle, Washington-based fine wine wholesaler with statewide coverage. The deal was closed on September 30, and according to terms of the agreement, Cavatappi will operate as an independent division of Odom-Southern.Read More
